Courses There are 33 faculties of medicine in the UK offering a total of 54 programs open to graduate applicants. Of these, 16 are 4-year graduate entry programs, 28 are 5 year programs and 10 are 6 year programs, as listed below:

Note that the University of Newcastle’s 4 year program considers the GAMSAT scores in addition to UKCAT scores if the applicant believes this will strengthen their application. Also, students without a science degree or science A-levels can apply for the 5 year program at Keele University by scoring well on the GAMSAT (in addition to writing the UKCAT, which all applicants to the 5 year program must write).
